We still need volunteers for tomorrow's home meet. Timers for both shifts are a priority. If you haven't done it before, it is pretty straightforward and easy. I'm happy to go over it with you tomorrow AM.

In addition to timers, we could use an awards ribbon maker. A deck runner for the second shift would also be helpful (the job involves collecting papers from the timers every few events and distributing water to other volunteers once in awhile).

Finally, we could use a ribbon distributor and a ready bench volunteer for the second shift--but these are less essential.

Also, if you have some time to give tonight, we will be meeting at the pool around 8:30pm to set up for tomorrow's meet. Shouldn't take more than 30 minutes.
