Practice Policies
In an effort to provide enhanced safety and structure during swim practice, we are advising all swimmers to abide by the swim team/pool rules. Parents, we ask that you please go over these rules with your swimmers before swim practice. Swimmers that do not abide by these rules will be asked by the coaches to sit out for a period of time.
- Team Rules/Castle Hills Forest Pool Rules:
- Listen to coaches at all times and wait for instructions before entering the pool
- Please be respectful to coaching staff and other swimmers
- No swimming in the baby pool or diving well (deep end)
- Walking feet at all times (no running)
- No horse-playing inside the pool area
- Have Fun!
