To all parents of swimmers in the White, Blue, and Gold practice groups -- our first swim meet is next Saturday, June 1. It will be at Churchill Estates, right behind our neighborhood across Salado Creek (not that you should go that way....). I'll send out specific details in a bit. For now, three things:

1) PLEASE let Coach Nicole know ASAP whether your swimmer will be competing next Saturday. She needs to get all meet entries loaded by Wednesday.

2) PLEASE go to Swimtopia and enter your swimmer into the appropriate meet. That's the only way we can manage the technical side of things. The meet entry tab is open and activated for ALL of our meets this season.

3) PLEASE also go ahead and go to the volunteer tab and sign up for a job at the swim meet. We have a small team, so we need as many parents as possible involved in staffing these positions. For first-timers, I recommend signing up to be a timer or ribbon distributor -- it's a nice low-stress way to see how swim meets work. We need to help staff BOTH shifts. Give Bryan, our volunteer coordinator, a break and sign up TODAY.
