Just following up on David's email--I added a few more "jobs" to each timer shift. It is a big ask for us to get to 9 for each shift, given how small we are--but if we can try to fill as many timer slots as possible, that would be great. If you have never done timing before, it is not that hard, and I'm happy to go over it with you. I know asking for two shifts per family is a lot and might not be possible--but if you are able, that would be a huge help.

Really appreciate everyone's willingness to help--we have a small but super dedicated crew!
