Howdy Eels Parents!

We are officially 1 week out from the start of our swim season. Woohoo! With that, here are some helpful documents and friendly reminders.

• Swim Season Cheat Sheet: The cheat sheet contains the practice schedule for May and June, important dates, and the meet schedule. This cheat sheet is perfect decor for refrigerators. 
• Download the Swimtopia App: In order to facilitate quicker communication with swim team families we will try to incorporate the Swimtopia App more this 2025 season. You will use the same login information you used to register your swimmers. It's that easy. 
• Season Kickoff Family Picnic (Saturday May 3 - 5pm-7pm): This is a potluck-style picnic so we need families to sign up to bring something to share. Main course: burgers and hot dogs. See the embedded QR code on the attached flyer (or click here) to RSVP. This is great time to meet our new Head Coach (Coach K), meet other parents, ask questions, see old friends, and/or make new friends. It's going to a great time!
• We need your help to bring back concessions during practice! Please consider donating items for the kiddos to enjoy after practice. All proceeds will go towards the team. See the attached flyer for a list of concession items. Feel free to show up to the Family Picnic with any donations for concession.
• CHF Eels Swim Team Yard Sign For Sale: At the family picnic we will be selling H-frame yards signs with our NEW LOGO for $20 each. 
• Sponsors still needed! Help us reach our goal to raise $500 more in company sponsors. I have attached the team's 'fundraising letter' below. Share it with your employer, or consider becoming a sponsor if you own a business. Contact me directly for more details.
• Swim team registration is still OPEN! Encourage your friends and neighbors to sign up their kids for the swim team. Remember, they don't have to live in CHF to join the team.
