Hi, all,

Thanks to everyone who has already volunteered for a job for our first home meet (6/7). We still have some important positions that need to be filled. 

This is a plea to all families who have a swimmer competing to make sure you volunteer for a position on Swimtopia, if you are able, by tomorrow (6/6) morning so we know where we stand heading into the meet.

Here is a list of jobs we need filled:

Deck Runner 1^st and 2^nd shift: the folks who take the papers filled out by timers and deliver them to Reid W. at the scorer's table; also deliver water to timers & other volunteers from time to time.

Concessions Stand—2^nd shift: really important we have at least 1 person for the second shift, but two would be great!

Ribbon Distributor (1^st and 2^nd shift): giving out heat ribbons to the younger swimmers (10 and under) after their races

Awards Ribbon Maker: Adding stickers with swimmer names/times to the back of ribbons as they are printed out near scorer's table.

Timer, 2nd shift (1 more slot remaining).

Also: a reminder that we will be meeting tomorrow (Friday 6/6) at 8 PM at the pool to set up for the meet. Won't take long (no more than 20 minutes). Please swing by if you can!
