Hi, all,

Hope you all have had a great Memorial Day weekend. Thanks to all who have volunteered for our first meet on 5/30. We still need some important positions filled, including:

• Timers (1st and 2nd shift)
• Head timer (1st and 2nd shift)
• Ready bench (1st and 2nd shift)

Additionally, I have a special ask: I will unexpectedly have to head out of town next weekend and will unfortunately miss the meet. Would a parent who knows the ropes be able to fill in as volunteer coordinator on Saturday? The responsibilities are not much, but include: 

• Dispersing the stop watches to CHF timers (I can get these to you in advance) and collecting them at the end of the meet
• Holding a meeting with timers from both teams before the meet to explain expectations for timing (pretty straghtforward)
• Ensuring shift changes take place and that everyone is where they need to be

If you could fill in on Saturday, please let Ramon and I know ASAP. Thank you in advance--and I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
