Dear Swim Team Families,

It’s hard to believe our Eels season is already rolling toward the finish line!

Thank you all for volunteering at meets and contributing to our concessions throughout the season. We truly couldn’t do it without our amazing swim team families!

Each year, we like to recognize our coaches for their hard work and commitment to helping our young swimmers grow and succeed. At our end-of-season party, we present them with a cash gift and a small treat as a token of our appreciation. The gift is from our swim parents and families.

If you are able to contribute toward the coaches’ gifts, donations can be sent via Venmo (@KB-Gervais) or given to me (Kate) in cash at practice. Any amount is appreciated and will help us recognize our seven wonderful coaches.

Please submit all donations by Thursday, June 25, so I have time to prepare the gifts before the end-of-season celebration.

Thank you again for your generosity, support throughout the season, and for fielding all of our emails and requests. We look forward to celebrating with everyone at the end-of-season Party!
